Spokane
Spokane is located in the heart of the Inland Northwest and is the second most populous city in Washington. The Spokane River runs through the city and beautiful Riverfront Park in downtown. An array of enjoyable outdoor activities are right out our back door; including ski resorts, white-water rafting, camping areas, hiking trails, lakes, and the Centennial trail. The city hosts many great community events, festivals and gatherings, such as the Lilac Bloomsday Run and Hoopfest.
Spokane South Hill
The South Hill offers great coffee spots (such as Rockwood Bakery), historic old homes (Rockwood Boulevard and surrounding), views of downtown (Cliff Drive), and many places to grab a glass of wine or cold beer (such as Remedy). A walk along High Drive can be a leisurely stroll or a strenuous endeavor depending on your route preference or stroll through the magnificent Manito Park gardens. It is a site to see for all four seasons.
Spokane North Side
One of the many fantastic local attractions is the Spokane River; it is very beautiful and flows through many communities that line its banks. On the north side, Riverside State Park is another key attraction in Spokane featuring fabulous venues with a wide array of recreational opportunities such as; Nine Mile Resort, Equestrian Campground, and ORV Area. Washington State’s second most popular state park is the Bowl and Pitcher campground with trail hiking, mountain biking, exhibits, crafts and more.
Spokane Valley
The City of Spokane Valley is a family-friendly community of 90,000+ people East of Spokane. The Spokane Valley is perfectly positioned for travelers wishing to experience the beautiful lakes and towns of northern Idaho without being too far away from the amenities of the city. It lies along both banks of the beautiful Spokane River that nature lovers can enjoy within minutes anywhere in the city.
Liberty Lake
The City of Liberty Lake is located in Eastern Washington, and is about 20 minutes from Downtown Spokane. Liberty Lake is a family and business friendly community, with over 8,000 city residents. Our goal is to partner with residents and businesses with a focus on quality of life, the environment, and the economic vitality of our city.

Coeur d'Alene
Coeur d’Alene is a resort town in northern Idaho. Beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene is at the heart of the town and people enjoy a variety of water sports on the lake in the summer months, plus trails in the Coeur d’Alene National Forest, Canfield Mountain Natural Area and Tubbs Hill.
Post Falls
Post Falls is a charming mill town surrounded by trees, mountains and the Spokane River. Local attractions include beautifully landscaped parks, dining and golfing.
Hayden
Hayden is the home of picturesque Hayden Lake. Summertime is filled with fishing, golfing, watersports and swimming. Honeysuckle Beach is a popular swimming area close to downtown Hayden. The city’s downtown district is full of charming locally owned boutiques, shops, restaurants and pubs. Hayden Lake is home to some of the most desired year-round lakefront living. Triple Play, the Northwest’s biggest family fun park, provides year round entertainment for all!
Rathdrum
Rathdrum is a small town surrounded by picturesque mountains and rolling prairies. Visitors and residents enjoy hiking, biking and golfing. Residents of Rathdrum enjoy small town living with convenient access to big city amenities.

REPRESENTING YOU WOULD BE A PLEASURE
I have enjoyed serving as a Realtor in Spokane since 2005. Providing my clients with service they need and value is my goal. In 2013 I took my profession a step further by starting a real estate firm and becoming a Managing Broker in Washington and Idaho. This requires at least three years full-time experience as an active real estate broker and the completion of an additional 90 hours of approved real estate education. This includes 30 hours of brokerage management, 30 hours of business management and 30 hours of advanced real estate law.
My experience is broad and includes assisting clients with finding the home of their dreams, raw land or building a custom home. Whether it is finding your first home, your forever home or investment property, I will guide you through the process with ease.
MY LIFE AND FAMILY
My wife Kyra serves as my partner in real estate and our three boys, Cash, Cruz and Cage, keep us both on our toes. Beyond real estate I enjoy time with my family, photography, four wheeling, dirt biking, wakeboarding and boating. Having moved into real estate after a career in restaurant management, Kyra and I enjoy trying new restaurants as they open in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
